Nicola is a senior member of Simpson Grierson’s real estate team with extensive experience across the real estate sector. Nicola acts for a number of the firm's public and private sector clients. She has advised and represented clients in a diverse range of property transactions and disputes, from complex commercial real estate acquisitions and disposals, large-scale commercial leasing, development agreements, construction contracts, infrastructure developments, due diligence and other technical land-based transactions.

Advised TGH in relation to its joint venture development of an inland port and associated development and leasing of the Ruakura Superhub's commercial and industrial premises. Also advised on its completed purchase of a half share in a large retail shopping centre, as part of a complex joint venture arrangement.
