Rachel Abraham

Rachel works with a wide range of private and public clients on strategic resource management and local government issues.
Rachel assists private developers, corporates, local authorities and Council-controlled organisations with all matters under the Resource Management Act including resource consents, plan changes, plan reviews and designations. She also advises on matters under the Local Government Act including judicial review challenges, and has experience in the Land Valuation Tribunal.
Rachel regularly appears in local authority hearings and before the Environment Court and High Court.
Rachel is a committee member of Resource Management Law Association - (Auckland branch).
