Our real estate work in Wellington is expanding, and we have a fantastic opportunity for an intermediate property specialist to join our national Real Estate Practice Group, with 3+ years' PQE. The work is broad and includes property development, commercial leasing, subdivisions, acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, for public and private sector clients throughout the country. While there is a transactional element to the role, we are looking for someone who also has excellent research and opinion-writing skills.  You might have a law firm or in-house background.

You'll be bright, motivated and switched on, and be able to handle high volume work autonomously.  You'll be a team player, keen to mentor and actively support and develop junior solicitors within this high performing, friendly and supportive team.
