We are looking for a construction solicitor to join one of New Zealand’s pre-eminent construction & infrastructure legal teams.  This is a rare opportunity to be involved in New Zealand's most significant construction and infrastructure projects.
 
You will be involved in a wide range of work including both front end and back end.  Front end work will include the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts for clients such as developers, public entities, infrastructure providers, consultants and contractors.  You will also be involved in a wide range of dispute work including resolving construction disputes via mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation. 
  
We are looking for motivated solicitors with 2-8 years’ quality experience from a reputable firm, great communication skills and a commitment to excellent client service.  While experience in construction contracts or dispute resolution would be preferred, if you have quality commercial contract or litigation experience, plus a keen interest in moving into construction, this role could still be right for you.
