Working alongside four exceptional partners, the role will expose you to large-scale development and infrastructure projects, acquisitions and disposals, leasing and comprehensive property due diligence on significant corporate transactions. 

We are looking for a bright and motivated lawyer with 3+ years' broad commercial property experience to work with our large commercial and local government clients across the building, transport, forestry, agribusiness and energy sectors.  Your previous experience might include:

  • infrastructure projects
  • land development 
  • acquisitions and disposals
  • leasing
  • knowledge of the Public Works Act
  • due diligence on the property aspects of significant commercial M & A transactions
  • overseas investment
  • Māori land
