Resource consents for the necessary infrastructure to enable Auckland to hold the 36th America’s Cup in 2021.

Seeking consents for the $750 million Huia Water Treatment Plan in the Waitakere Ranges.
Private plan changes
Numerous private plan change applications and resource consent applications throughout the Auckland Region for developments of 700 to 4000 houses including commercial and industrial activities.
These applications have involved land in Warkworth in the North, Drury to the South, and Beachlands and the Formosa Golf Club land to the East, and ranging in size from 56ha to 370ha.
