She has experience advising on and implementing joint venture and other partnering arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, private capital raising and restructuring. She also has experience reviewing, advising on and preparing a wide variety of commercial agreements.
Jane enjoys getting to know her clients’ business and industries and working as a part of a team to resolve issues and attain the best possible outcomes.
