Nick Wilson

Nick specialises in commercial property, infrastructure, and local government law.
Nick acts on some of NZ’s largest infrastructure projects, advising local authorities, CCOs and infrastructure providers, with a particular focus on Public Work Acquisition. He also advises Public and Commercial clients in regards to the acquisition, disposal, development and leasing of land.
Nick works closely alongside his clients, delivering clear and practical advice and enjoys helping his clients achieve.
Nick is a member of the New Zealand Law Society - Property Law Section.
He has been a presenter for the Local Authority Property Association (LAPA) Conference since 2011 and regularly writes for Property Institute of NZ’s Property Professional magazine.
Nick sits on the Board of Trustees for Onehunga Primary School.
