Raymond has over 15 years’ experience specialising in brand protection and commercial aspects of intellectual property. He works closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop appropriate strategies.
He regularly advises clients on global trade mark protection strategies, and handles anti-counterfeiting work for a number of well-known brands.
Raymond’s broad transactional experience includes advising on IP due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and advising on IP aspects of business sale agreements and licence agreements.
Raymond is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (IPSANZ) and the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), and is the New Zealand representative on the APAA Copyright Committee.
