Raymond has over 14 years’ experience specialising in brand protection and commercial aspects of intellectual property.

He regularly advises clients on global trade mark protection strategies, and handles anti-counterfeiting work for a number of well-known brands.

Raymond’s broad transactional experience includes advising on IP due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and advising on IP aspects of business sale agreements and licence agreements. 

Of personal interest to Raymond are IP matters relating to indigenous rights and cultural knowledge, and the visual and performing arts.

He works closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop appropriate strategies. 

Raymond is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (IPSANZ) and the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA).
