Samantha is a commercial litigator, specialising in Financial Services Litigation. She has recently returned from London, where she regularly acted on complex, cross-border disputes.
Samantha’s matters involve insolvency, debt recovery, contractual disputes, directors’ duties, shareholder disputes, fraud, and regulatory enforcement. She regularly advises major banks, company officers and insolvency practitioners, both in New Zealand and overseas. Samantha is also an experienced general commercial civil litigator and has acted on a range of files, providing short advice pieces through to acting in some of the largest and most complex proceedings in the English High Court.

Advising the joint liquidator of a company that had suffered a misappropriation of funds as to the best avenues for recoveries.
