Zak is a projects and property developments specialist with a focus on large scale property development projects.
Zak has been a lead advisor on significant development projects across New Zealand including advising on the acquisition, complex land development arrangements and sale or lease of those properties. He has particular interest in working through complex subdivision issues collaboratively with surveyors, engineers, planners, and Land Information New Zealand to ensure developments are completed efficiently. Zak’s previous experience as a town planner has been instrumental in enabling Zak to provide pragmatic advice on technical subdivision issues to clients.
Zak also acts for a wide range of clients on property acquisitions and disposals including private clients in the commercial sector, large infrastructure projects and acquisitions pursuant to the Public Works Act.

Assisting National Storage in the management of its New Zealand property portfolio including due diligence for and acquisition of new sites.
