Anita specialises in resolving complex commercial disputes involving a wide range of legal issues, including contract, tort, intellectual property, privacy, data protection and cyber-security, property and judicial review.
Anita represents clients across a variety of industries and sectors, including technology, media, manufacturing and health. She provides timely and pragmatic advice while working with her clients to resolve disputes efficiently and strategically.
Anita holds memberships to the International Trade Mark Association, the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand, the International Association of Privacy Professionals (iapp) and Auckland Women Lawyers’ Association.
