Simon Vannini

Simon is a senior commercial lawyer specialising in significant business acquisitions, business structuring, and large infrastructure projects.
Simon works with clients to identify and manage risks and effectively utilise opportunities arising through strategic acquisitions and dispositions, as well as partnerships and joint venture arrangements.
Simon has been involved in a number of significant infrastructure projects, including in the water/wastewater, electricity, fibre and renewables sectors. He has a particular interest in recycling technologies and agritech.
Simon enjoys building long-term relationships with his clients, which enables him to provide insight and guidance through experience and alignment with his clients’ goals.
Simon is a member of the NZ Private Capital Association and the Angel Association NZ. Simon is also a director of Future Post.
