We’re pleased to announce the promotion of Tara Wylie and Nina Blomfield to our partnership!

Nina is a member of our commercial litigation team and Tara is part of our commercial property team. Both are leaders in their fields who deliver outstanding client service and are great examples for our junior team members.

Nina Blomfield

Named a ‘Rising Star’ in the 2021 Asia Pacific Legal 500 rankings, Nina is a specialist in complex litigation and the resolution of commercial disputes. She acts for clients before the courts at all levels, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. Nina has a particular focus on company and financial markets law, shareholder disputes, regulatory matters, contractual breaches, and class actions and litigation funding. ­­She is also an expert in competition law issues arising in business acquisitions, regularly assisting clients to obtain clearance for transactions from the Commerce Commission.

Tara Wylie

Tara advises clients on all aspects of commercial property law. She specialises in sales and acquisitions, agribusiness (principally forestry and viticulture), energy, property development and commercial leasing (including complex design and build negotiations). A leading advisor on overseas investment, Tara has prepared a large number of successful overseas investment office applications, and has been heavily involved in legislative change relating to the Overseas Investment Act.
