Yesterday Simpson Grierson was named as a 5-star Employer of Choice in the 2025 HRD New Zealand Magazine annual rankings, which identifies the best companies to work for in NZ! 

Partner & Chair, Pip Muir, says of the announcement: “I’m incredibly proud of the workplace and culture we’ve created, and to be recognised by our people as one of the best organisations to work for in Aotearoa.” 

As well as being nominated to enter, each organisation had to reach a minimum number of employee responses based on overall size, and to achieve a 75% or greater average satisfaction rating from employees to qualify for listing. 

Our people were asked about our parental benefits, compensation, culture, employee development, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
