We’re pleased to have advised ASX-listed Qube Holdings Ltd on its acquisition of a 50 per cent stake in container storage and handling service, Pinnacle Corporation Ltd.

The strategic acquisition enables Qube to enter New Zealand’s container logistics market, where it has identified significant long term organic growth opportunities.

According to Qube Managing Director, Paul Digney, the joint venture will provide Qube with a unique opportunity to gain an initial exposure to NZ’s container logistics market with a very well-regarded business and a high performing workforce.
